Dream Racing Event
There was one goal to this event: to make the most memorable impression of any newcomer to the NADA 2020 trade show.
Qualifying dealers would be invited to race Ferraris and Lamborghinis in the most exclusive party at NADA. The first step of the process was a teaser video hosted on a landing page that would be promoted in email to gauge who would have the interest/availability to attend the event. Using footage provided by Dream Racing; I developed a video concept, set to music, and added the CarOffer brand and message. Dealers who met the requirements for an invitation were sent a personalized box containing their invitation. Working with our vendor partner, we decided on a soft touch finished box with black foil printed logos. I designed the contents of the box with luxury in mind. The box contained a message from the CarOffer CEO, insert cards outlining the event and the platform, a complimentary real leather coaster, and a metal gift card to act as their ticket. All materials were printed on high-end materials and had the fluorescent neon color CarOffer is known for. Attendees were extremely impressed with the presentation and the event resulting in 75% of attendees signing up for a demo.
